You wanted a full flat grind from SURVIVE! and here it is! If you've been part of our community for a while you know we aren't the company that is just going to turn our bad saber grinds into a full flat and call it a day. Featuring a more acute tip, higher spine, and more edge belly, this blade was optimized for full flat grind slicing efficiency. With the same handle as our EDC-4 this knife is an ideal every day carry option.

We utilize industry leading steels and the best heat treat protocols. Our custom fasteners are precision machined from high quality stainless steel. Key features of the kydex sheaths include: excellent retention, drain channels, and several attachment options with slots and eyelets, in addition to the molle compatible kydex belt clip.

A bit about the steel used in SURVIVE! Knives:

CPM-3V is a high alloyed tool steel, made using the Crucible Particle Metallurgy process, that has a very high impact toughness and excellent edge holding. Being made with the CPM process, this steel is also very resistant to lateral stress (flex) breakage, making it a perfect choice for a high performance, hard use knife. CPM-3V is not a stainless alloy and can stain if not cared for.  Check out the CPM-3V Data Sheet.

CPM MagnaCut is an innovative new stainless steel from Crucible.  It has an excellent combination of toughness and wear resistance, along with improved corrosion resistance.  Here is the CPM MagnaCut Data Sheet.

Böhler K890 is a 3rd generation microclean material and is the toughest powder metallurgy grade that Bohler offers. This cold work tool steel is extremely high performing, with outstanding toughness, fatigue resistance, and compressive strength, making it a great option for a hard use knife of any size. The homogenous microstructure and fine carbide size of this high quality steel ensures good edge holding and stability under the most demanding circumstances. For more info, here is the Böhler K890 Data Sheet.
